Issues Concerning Online Recurring Payments

Important Notice for All OWSC Customers

We’ve noticed that some customers are selecting a “recurring payment” option when paying their bill online. Please be aware that OWSC does not currently support automatic recurring payments through our website.

If you have scheduled a recurring payment, it will not be processed as expected; which could result in late fees or even interruption of service if your bill goes unpaid.

Until this feature becomes available in the future, we kindly ask that you:

  • Manually submit your payment each month
  • Double-check your payment settings to ensure you have not enabled recurring payments

We’re working to add this feature down the line and will notify customers when it becomes available. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
